This study consists of three research contents. First, it is to develop measurement instruments of customer-centric management variables. For this, this study made a questionnaire which includes measurement items of the customer-centric management variables, based on extant literature and case study results.
The second purpose of this stufy is to explore the relationship among customer-centric management, customer happiness and wealth, and corporate performance. For this this study carried out case study on the following two company - (i) Baskinlabins(belonging to consumer industry) and (ii) Sungwoo Hitech(beloning to industrial industry). The case study results show that the four customer-centric management variables(i.e., strategy innovation, organization innovation, process innovation, and product/service innovation) have a positive influence on customer happiness and wealth as well as corporate performance.
Third, this study empirically tested a research model concerning about the relationship among customer-centric management, customer happiness and wealth, and corporate performance.
