In review of the clinical literature manifestation on Pseudoterranova decipiens larva infection in Korea, twelve cases have been reported until 2004. The clinical manifestation by literature was as follows :
1. The chief complaints of the patients were acute epigastric and abdominal pain.
2. Infection was obtained by eating raw fish in which larval Psedoterranova decipiens are found.
3. The lesion was chiefly found in the greater curvature of mid lower body.
