저소득층 아동의 표현력 증진을 위한 무용 프로그램 모형 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 저소득층 아동의 신체적, 정서적, 사회적 표현력을 증진키 위한 무용프로그램 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 무용프로그램 모형을 개발하기에 앞서, 저소득층에 대한 선행연구 및 문헌을 조사하여 저소득계층 아동의 현황 및 특성을 파악하고, 전문가 회의를 통해 보다 심도 깊은 조사를 하기 위한 설문지를 개발하였다. 그 후, 서울 및 경기지역에 위치하고 있는 지역아동센터, 지역복지관, 청소년 수련관에 사전 방문 면담 요청을 하였으며, 요청을 허락한 서울시 G구에 위치한 D복지관, D구의 D청소년수련관 두 곳의 기관을 직접 방문하였다. 저소득층 아동의 교육에 종사한 지 3년 이상의 경력을 지닌 교육 지도자를 대상으로 개발된 설문지 문항에 따라 면담을 실시하여 저소득층 아동의 교육과정 현황을 파악하고 문제점 및 개선방안, 무용 프로그램 개발과 적용방안 및 시기를 구체적으로 모색하였다.
면담 이후 전문가 회의를 통해서 심층면담 내용을 분석하고 결과의 내용을 종합적으로 반영하여 무용프로그램 모형을 개발하였다. 무용프로그램 모형은 저소득층 아동의 자아발견과 타인과의 교류를 통해 신체적 표현, 정서적 표현, 사회적 표현을 증진시키는 것이 목적이며, 무용프로그램 내용은 마임, 방송댄스, 댄스스포츠의 3가지 움직임 요소로 구성하였다.
개발된 무용프로그램은 저소득층 아동의 표현력이 향상되는지 검증하기 위해 D복지관에 소속되어 있는 저소득층 아동 12명을 선정하여 적용하였다. 측정도구는 신체표현성, 자기표현력, 그림 표현력, 언어표현력, 무용요구도 검사지를 사용하였으며, 이 밖에도 춤에 대한 인식, 프로그램 만족도와 요구도를 측정하기 위한 검사를 실시하였다.
그 결과, 첫째, 개발된 무용프로그램은 동작의 다양한 표현수와 방향수, 리듬성, 그리고 동작의 내용성의 4가지 요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 신체 표현력 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 개발된 무용프로그램은 저소득층 아동의 그림표현력과 언어표현력, 그리고 자기개념에 긍정적인 결과를 나타내어, 정서 표현력 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 저소득층 아동의 사회 표현력 향상을 검증하기 위해서, 저소득층 아동들의 평소 춤에 대해 갖고 있던 생각과 무용교육 프로그램을 접한 이후 무용프로그램에 대한 만족도, 그리고 춤에 대한 요구도를 조사한 결과, 개발된 무용프로그램은 저소득층 아동의 사회 표현력 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to promote physical, emotional and social expression ability of the children who belong to low income families and develop a model dance program.
First, the study analyzed the status and characteristics of the children in low families through precedent studies and related sources, and made survey questions through expert group meetings.
For further activities, visiting D Social Welfare Center in G district and D Youth Center in D district for interview meetings with the teachers who educate the concerned children was conducted.
Main interview subject was regarding the educational status of the children in low-income families and required program for an effective education. The dance program model was developed in accordance with interview results and expert group meetings.
A dance program is to promote ability of physical, emotional, and social expression through self-discovery and interaction with other people.
Accordingly, the study formed the dance program with 3 following motion factors: mime, broadcasting dance, and dance sports.
Developed dance program was applied to 12 children in low income families who belong to D social welfare center. Measuring instruments were used for physical expression ability, self expression ability, painting expression ability, language expression ability and dance needs.
The results are as follows:
1. Developed dance program is effective to promote children's physical expression ability.
2. Developed dance program is effective to promote children's emotional expression ability.
3. Developed dance program is effective to promote children's social expression ability.
