청소년이 지각한 부모애착과 사회적지지가 분노표현에 미치는 영향 : 일반청소년과 비행청소년의 비교를 중심으로

This study has examined the influence parental attachment and social support perceived by delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents have on their anger expression.
The data for this study have been collected from 1,006 subjects, including 215 adolescents who have experienced an investigation by the police and 791 middle and high schoolers belonging to some schools located in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do by utilizing Inventory of Parent Attachment, Social Support Scale and State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory. The collected data have been analyzed by conducting a t-test, a simple regression analysis and a multiple regression analysis with SPSS 19.0.
The study results are as follows:
Firstly, comparison between parental attachment and social support perceived by delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents and their anger expression levels showed a significant difference between the two groups (delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents) in terms of parental attachment and anger expression levels. Also, there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of social support from family and teachers. By contrast, social support from friends demonstrated no significant difference between the two groups.
Secondly, the study on the effect parental attachment and social support perceived by delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents have on their anger expression levels suggested that parental attachment perceived by both groups influenced anger expression levels. When it comes to social support, social support from family significantly influenced anger-in and anger-control of the two groups. As for non-delinquent adolescents, however, social support from family influenced only anger-out. Social support from teachers had significant influence on anger-in and anger-control only for non-delinquent adolescents. Social support from friends significantly influenced anger-in/control of non-delinquent adolescents and anger-out/control of delinquent adolescents.
Thirdly, the analysis of the relative effect on resentment expressed by delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents demonstrated that both paternal and maternal attachment have the most significant influence on anger expression levels.
The total results of this study have confirmed that parental attachment is the most influential factor in anger expression levels. Therefore, these results of this study are expected to be employed to provide useful basic materials appropriate for parent education and help address anger-expression issues of adolescents.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 일반청소년과 비행청소년이 지각한 부모애착과 사회적지지가 분노표현에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다.
이를 위하여 경찰서에서 조사받은 청소년 215명과 경기도 안산시 소재의 중·고등학교 재학 중인 청소년 791명, 총 1,006명을 대상으로 자기 보고식 척도인 부모애착 척도, 사회적지지 척도, 분노표현 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 사용하여 t-test, 단순회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 일반청소년과 비행청소년이 지각한 부모애착, 사회적지지, 분노표현의 수준 차이를 비교한 결과, 두 집단은 부모애착과 분노표현에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 사회적지지 대상별에서는 가족의 지지와 교사의 지지는 유의한 차이가 나타난 반면 친구의 지지는 두 집단 간 차이가 발생하지 않았다.
둘째, 일반청소년과 비행청소년이 지각한 부모애착과 사회적지지가 분노표현에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아본 결과, 두 집단 모두 부모애착이 분노표현에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적지지 대상별에서 두 집단 모두 가족의 지지가 분노억제와 분노조절에 영향을 미쳤으나 분노표출에는 일반청소년만 영향을 미쳤다. 교사의 지지가 일반청소년은 분노억제와 분노조절에 영향을 미치는 반면 비행청소년은 전혀 영향을 미치지 않았다. 친구의 지지가 일반청소년은 분노억제와 분노조절에 영향을 미쳤으나 비행청소년은 분노표출과 분노조절에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 일반청소년과 비행청소년의 분노표현에 미치는 상대적 영향력에 대해 알아본 결과, 부 애착과 모 애착이 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과를 통하여 분노표현에 부모애착이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 상담 현장에서 바람직한 부모교육의 기초자료를 제공하고, 청소년의 건강한 분노표현을 돕는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
