숙련 수퍼바이저의 수퍼비전 수행에 관한 귀납적 내용분석: 중점 영역과 개입 전략의 통합적 구조 = Inductive Content Analysis of Supervision Performance by Skilled Supervisors: Integrated Structure of Key Areas and Intervention Strategies

This study was conducted to identify the areas that skilled supervisors focus on performing supervision and the intervention strategies to implement it, and to explore its structural characteristics. To this end, data were collected by conducting individual in-depth interviews with six skilled supervisors in Korea from February 2023 to May 2023, and inductive content analysis was used for data analysis. As a result of the analysis, 7 key areas, 10 sub-areas, and 25 intervention strategies were derived, which showed that the supervisory performance was not simply divided into areas and strategies, but appeared as an organically connected integrated performance structure. Areas that skilled supervisors consider important in performing supervision were identified as supervision relationship formation, case conceptualization guidance, understanding supervision, application of supervision techniques, supervision operation strategy, supervisor's internalized practical resources, and promotion of supervisor reflection. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for the development of education and training programs for training professional supervisors, and the limitations of the study and suggestions for subsequent studies were presented together.
