북한의 민족공조의 실체 = The Substance of North Korea's National Cooperation

National cooperation means that North Korea and South Korea form reciprocally cooperative relationship as of one nation, therefore, it is a very ideal phenomenon to establish peace system and further realize unification by enhancing South-North relationship. However, contrary to its superficial meaning, North Koreas national cooperation is united front tactics for revolution against the South, aggravates conflicts within the South, advocates anti-U.S. movement and the withdrawal of the idolize Kim Jeong-Il regime, and an attempt to overcome its own risk of the regime both at home and abroad. With regard to North Koreas national cooperation, our government should accept criticism of its policy about the North. Also the government should pres the North to implement particulars already agreed in Inter- Korean Basic Agreement, the June 15 Joint Declaration, the 4th six-way dialogue, etc. It is necessary to make the North realize collaboration can be improved only when the North and the South pursue the actual cooperation. Also it is required to maintain U.S.-Korean cooperation so that reinforces the U.S.-Korean alliance and establishes new security strategy.
