행동적 가족중재 프로그램의 적용 이점 및 향후 방향: = The Theoretical Consideration of Behavioral Family Intervention: Based on Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Positive Parenting Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

2014년 11월에 제정된「발달장애인 권리보장 및 지원에 관한 법률」이 2015년 11월부터 시행됨에 따라 이와 관련된 정책 및 구체적 프로그램, 담당 기관 및 전문가 역할에 대한 논의가 시급히 요청되고 있다.
특히 법령이 규정하는 지원 대상자가 발달장애인 당사자에 그치는 것이 아니라 발달장애인 가족의 복지증진에 초점이 맞추어져 있기 때문에 구체적이고 체계적이며 효과적인 가족개입 프로그램의 마련되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 행동주의적 가족중재 모델은 가족을 대상으로 한 직접적인 훈련을 포함할 뿐 아니라, 일관성있는 결과의 제공, 명확한 교수, 선행사건에 대한 중재의 제공, 적절한 부모역할 기술에 대한 모델링, 차별강화, 피드백 등의 행동주의에 입각한 교수방법을 사용한다는 점에서 다른 가족개입 모델과는 차이점을 가진다. 부모-아동 상호작용 치료와 긍정적 부모역할 프로그램은 대표적인 행동적 가족중재 방법으로서 이론적 배경과 서비스 전달체계에서는 차이를 보이지만, 효과성이 입증된 가족중재 방법이라는 공통점을 가진다. 본 연구는 대표적인 행동적 가족중재 프로그램인 부모-아동 상호작용 치료와 긍정적 부모역할 프로그램의 특징을 살펴보고, 발달장애인법 시행과 맞춰 현장에서의 적용가능성을 살펴봄으로써 향후 발달장애인 가족을 대상으로 한 가족지원 시 체계적인 가족중재 프로그램을 구안하는데 기여할 것으로 본다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 행동적 가족 중재 프로그램의 정착과 국내 도입 등 실천적 과제에 대한 논의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Developmental Disabilities Act implicated in nov, 2015, however, the practice measure were insufficient on the service delivery system and the expert training, the effective, evidence-based family intervention. The behavioral family intervention have the discrimination of which include the direct training, and then a behavioral teaching strategies such as a offering the consistent outcomes, precious teaching, the intervention for antecedents, modeling process to appropriate parenting, the differential reinforcement, feedback. Specially, the distinctions between the parent-child interaction therapy and positive parenting program presented in background theories and the services delivery systems, the approaches were widely used. The results of this studies shows that those approaches
had been proved to evidence-based practices in many countries. The second, in order to overcome limit of the behaviorism, the various theories such as a developmental theory and recognition behavior therapy, was integrated in the conventional behaviorism. The third, these diversify the application of services delivery system to accord with the individual needs of families and ecological surroundings. The fourth, these sustainedly expand the subject directed and the scope of system application. Finally, We discussed the practice subjects for the introduction in korea and suggested for the follow-up studies.
