한국형에니어그램간편성격유형검사 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국형에니어그램성격유형간편검사지를 표준화 개발하는 연구이다. 1) 한국형에 니어그램 성격유형검사지(KEPTI)의 문항의 양호도를 분석하여 36개 문항을 선정하였다. 2) 선 정된 36개 문항과 한국형에니어그램 성격유형검사지(KEPTI)와의 유형별 상관성을 비교분석하기 위한 유의도를 검증하였다. 3) 유의한 차이가 있는 문항들을 안면타당도를 검토하여 최종 36개 의 문항을 선정하고, 2주 간격의 재검사신뢰도 (.837(p<.001)로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국형에니어그램간편성격유형검사를 표준화 개발함으로써 현장에서 짧은 시간동 안 유형판별에 도움을 주었다. 간편성격유형검사지를 활용함으로써 한국형에니어그램의 지혜가 더욱 토착화할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to develop the standardized test of Korean Enneagram Simple Personality Type Indicator(KESPTI) based on Korean Enneagram Personality Type Indicator(KEPTI). 9 personality types including the 36 items of the scale was analyzed throughout the items of KEPTI which were originated toward the Korean culture. Comparing the 9 tpye correlationship of KEPTI, finally 36 items on KESPTI were selected and modified for high reliability. So test-retest reliability was significantly high (.837(p<.001). Thus, it could be concluded that each of the scales was accepted as representing a good fit to one factor model. Also, it may be utilized as reliable psychological instrument for understanding one’s personality types for a short period of time
