에니어그램을 활용한 청소년 인성교육 프로그램 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 성격유형검사도구인 에니어그램을 활용하여 청소년 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 에니어그램을 활용한 청소년 인성교육 프로그램의 목적은 인간의 가치를 신장 시키고 참된 인성을 계발하기 위해 긍정적 자아개념을 형성하고, 자아존중감을 향상시켜 통합적 인성을 지향하는 것이었다. 프로그램의 목표에 따른 내용은 인성계발의 개인적 측면을 위해 정 체감, 용기, 리더십, 절제, 성실성이라는 인성덕목을 다루고, 인성계발의 관계적 측면을 위해서 존중감, 배려심, 책임감, 정서조절, 공감의 인성덕목으로 구성되었다. 에니어그램을 활용한 청소 년 인성교육 프로그램의 목표에 따른 내용을 실제적으로 전개하는 교수학습 방법은 ‘교과연계 활동’, ‘자기 주도적 학습’, ‘협동학습’, ‘경험학습’을 기초로 구성되었다. 에니어그램을 활용한 청소년 인성교육 프로그램의 평가는 목표를 측정할 수 있도록 다양한 방법으로 구성되 었다. 즉, 자아존중감의 수준을 측정하는 검사도구, 에니어그램 성격유형검사, 그리고 질적 분석 을 병행하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop Student’s Personality Education Program using Enneagram, the means of personality type test. Student’s Personality Education Program using Enneagram is aim to enhance the human worth, build affirmative self-concept for the upright character and increase self-concept to the integrative character education. The contents of this study is that self-identity, courage, moderation and faithfulness from the Viewpoint of the self-concept of Personality development Containing respect, consideration, responsibility, emotional control ability, and sympathy from the Viewpoint of the social relationships. The Teaching-Learning Method of Student’s Personality Education Program using Enneagram is composed of ‘subjects-related program’, ‘self-directed learning’,‘collaborated-learning’ and ‘experienced-learning’. The Evaluation of the Student’s Personality Education Program using Enneagram is composed various method to measure the goal of this study. In other words, this study combines the Inventor to evaluate the self-esteem level, Enneagram Personality Type Indicator, and Qualitative analyses.
