부분최소자승법경로모형을 이용한, 교육서비스품질, 학교브랜드이미지, 성과가 학교충성도에 미치는 영향력 = Analysis of Influences of Education Service Quality, School Brand Image and School Performance on the School Loyalty Using PLSPM

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중등교육이 점차 무한경쟁시대에 들어감에 따라 학교경쟁력을 확보하는 차원에서 교육품질과 학교브랜드 이미지가 학교성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 관련된다. 즉, 교육서비스품질이 학교브랜드 이미지, 학교성과 그리고 학교충성도에 미치는 단계별 경로에 대해서 영향력의 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 선행연구들(이진춘, 최황, 2008; 이진춘, 2009)을 통합하여 재분석을 실시한 것으로서, 선행연구들이 개인수준의 분석을 실시함으로 인해 학교 간 특성 차이를 식별할 수 없는 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 학교수준에서 분석을 실시하여 학교간 특성을 식별해 내도록 노력하였다. 또한 교육체계가 다른 포항시와 대구시를 비교함으로써 평준화와 비평준화지역의 차이를 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 대구시 고등학교는 교육서비스품질이 학교충성도에 유의한 영향을 주고 있으나, 포항지역 고등학교는 학교성과가 더 큰 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비평준화지역인 포항시에서 학생들의 학교성과가 더 중요하게 나타난 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tried to survey empirically to identify the differences, between Pohang and Daegu region in the influences of education service quality, school brand image and its performance on the school loyalty, in the context that he school brand image is a dual scale of the education quality. In other words, this study analyzed
the differences of influences in three paths, which are consisted above-mentioned three latent variables, including education service quality, school brand image and school performance. This study also reanalyzed the data collected and used in the previous researches, such as Lee and Choi(2008) and Lee(2009), in the level of
organization of school, in order to attempt to solve the problem that the features of organization and region had not been considered. Also, this study attempted to identify the difference between the performance of Daegu region which adopted the high school standardization system and that of Pohang which did not adopt the
system. Concludingly, education service quality had influenced to school loyalty significantly in Daegu region, but on the other hand, school performance had more influence than education quality, in which the performance of students were considered more importantly in the Pohang that did not adopt the high school standardization policy.
