    The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze a change in skin temperature, which is shown by performing an operation of No. 7-9-30 Hyeol(穴) as virulent blood points of being mentioned in Simcheon Sa-hyeol
    remedy before procedure, right after procedure, 10 minutes after procedure, and 30 minutes after procedure in order to scientifically prove therapeutic effects of Simcheon Sa-hyeol remedy, and to examine reduction level in
    Trapezius muscle pain. As for research subjects and method, it selected 1 man and 5 women who have Trapezius muscle pain at ordinary times and carried out the procedure of Simcheon Sa-hyeol remedy three times by once a week. Experimental measurement was used Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging. The Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging was operated as the primary before procedure, as the secondary right after procedure, as the tertiary 10 minutes after procedure, and as the fourth 30 minutes after procedure. Seeing the findings, as a result of verifying the standard deviation by obtaining the average temperature between before procedure and right after procedure, between before procedure and 10 minutes later, between before procedure and 30 minutes later, between right after procedure and between 10 minutes later and 30 minutes later by dividing a back of neck & occipital , left shoulder, right shoulder, Gyeong Su(BL17), frontal neck, chest, facial brow, and jaw region into the primary time, the secondary time, and tertiary time, it grew statistically and significantly. The numerical pain rating scale was indicated to have correlation with a change in skin temperature of Trapezius
    muscle, chest, facial region before and after procedure.
