This study intends to look into an influence on satisfaction with leisure of women's participation in boxing aerobic and examines an
influence on satisfaction with leisure by an independent factor of participation motive. This study performed Frequency Analysis,
One Way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and Regression Analysis with SPSS 15.0 program to process the materials. First, participation
motive, classified with demo-statistic traits, had no significant difference in all of the factors. That is, motives, inner and outer,
were highest in younger than 20 years, no motive was the highest in 21-30 years, and lower than graduation from highschool was
the highest in all of the participation motive factors. Second, satisfaction with leisure, classified with demo-statistical traits, didn't
have a significant difference in all of the factors. Third, the motive had a significant difference in psychological, educational,
sociological, and rest satisfaction, positive(+) influence in order of inner, outer, and no motive. But, no motive had a negative
influence. As a result, the participation motive is an important factor in enhancing satisfaction with leisure.
