This research has focused on aiming at effective education method and change in educational contents and learner through developing and applying art education program utilizing Web 2.0-based smart learning, and analyzing influencing factors on learning satisfaction. In order that, advanced research and reference were used and hypothetic research model was designed. Exogenous variables are learner's characteristic factors(academic motivation, meta cognition), smart learning factors (creative thinking, self-directed learning, utilization of application), and interaction factors(self-efficacy, learning participation rate). Parameters are learning immersion and learning satisfaction, and endogenous variable is achievement. Afterward research methods for each factor were established, and item, validity, and credibility were tested. Also, teaching-learning program in Web 2.0-based smart learning environment was established and developed. Furthermore. in art understanding, expression, and appreciation, art teaching-learning activity model utilizing Web 2.0-based smart learning was invented, and establishment and development of the program reflecting this were implemented. Moreover, for investigating the effect of application of program on teaching-learning, survey was conducted and influencing factors were analyzed through understanding the causal relationship of each factor.
By using SPSS 18.0. reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis were done, and by using AMOS 18.0, confirmatory factor analysis was done, which established structural equation model, and by it, hypotheses were tested. As a result of this study, among thirteen hypothetic structural pathway set in initial stage, nine of them had meaningful effect . Four structural pathway turned out to have meaningful effect in the level of significance probability
