After that, the study presents how the production strategy of HMC was adopted and what are the problems and success factors. And the study presents about the further developing direction on product system of HMC for this analysis, the study reviews environment factors, the strategy of production management, support contents and performance by the time category on the historical side of HMC
The purpose of this study is to review the production strategy of HMC in theoretical frame and heap the predictive power about production strategy of HMC.
