도서관 조직의 집단 행동에 과한 연구 = A Study on the Group Behavior of Libraries

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 집단행동에 관한 이론을 중심으로 연구하여 연구자들과 실무자들에게 도움을 주고자 하였다. 집단에 대한 정의를 고찰 정리하고, 집단의 성격을 좀 더 확실하게 이해하기 위해 집단의 유행과 형성과정의 모형들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 집단성과에 심대한 영향을 미치는 집단의 내부적 영향요인인 집단의 목표, 규범, 역할 및 응집성에 관하여 연구함으로써 집단특성의 진단과 성과제고에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 집단행동 연구의 목표인 집단성과의 제고방안으로는 집단강화, 집단과정의 개선, 문화적 다양성의 활용 및 갈등관리를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to help researchers and libraians in theories and practices of goup behavior. A group was defined, typres of groups were explained variously, and models of group`s goals, norms, roles, and cohesiveness which significantly contribute to its performance were explained to diagnose these characteristics of groups, and group dynamics also was introduced to measure the relations of group members. Strategies for improving group performance were presented : group reinforcement, improvement of group process, utilization of cultural varieties, and conflict management.
