차세대 영재기업인 육성 체계 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 차세대 영재기업인이라는 개념을 정립하고, 이들의 육성 체계 구축하고, 육성 모형과 프로그램을 개발하며, 더 나아가 육성지원센터 운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구 및 행동사건면접(Behavioral Event Interveiw, BEI), 중요사건기법(Critical Incident Technique, CIT), 그리고 SME 인터뷰, 귀납적 Logic-Tree 등을 활용하였다. 차세대 영재기업인의 육성 체계는 창의적문제해결력, 커뮤니케이션, 리더십, 기업윤리의 역량을 기반으로 지식재산전문성 역량이 발현되도록 조합하여 도출된 󰡔창의적 발명 역량군󰡕, 󰡔미래형 커뮤니케이션 역량군󰡕, 그리고 󰡔글로벌 경영 역량군󰡕의 세 가지 역량군으로 구성되었으며, 세 가지 역량군에 따라 온라인과 오프라인 교육 형태로 구성되며, 각 교육 형태에 따라 초-중-고등학교의 교육 단계별로 프로그램을 구성하였다. 또한 차세대 영재기업인 3가지 역량군의 K·S·A를 도출하기 위하여, 각 역량별 문헌연구를 통하여 육성의 필요요소를 도출하고, 이와 관련한 기업과 학교 등의 프로그램 사례를 조사하였다. 프로그램 사례는 교육기관, 교육대상, 교육방법, 교육시간, 주요 교육내용 등의 요소를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였으며, 이러한 자료의 내용요소로부터 지식(K), 기술(S), 태도(A)를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 차세대 영재기업인의 효과적인 육성을 위한 학부모 및 단위학교 교사에 대한 교육과 온라인 프로그램 실용화에 관한 연구를 후속연구로 제언하였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to define the gifted enterprisers of the next generation and to build a education system and, by extension, to suggest operation strategy of raising center. We arrived the conclusion through critical incident technique, behavioral event interviews, SME interview, Experts conference. We derived 'Creative invention competency group', 'Future communication competency group', and 'Global management competency group' as competencies of the gifted enterprisers of the next generation from creative problem solving, communication, leadership, business ethics and intellectual property. Education curriculum for each competency group was composed of online, offline and Primary and Secondary Schools. We studied competencies of the gifted enterprisers of the next generation and researched education program cases of companies and schools. Every education programs were analyzed institution, object, method, time, content for deriving K(Knowledge), S(Skill), A(Attitude). Lastly, based on the results of these studies, we recommend the study on development of parents and teacher's education program and Practical use of online program for the gifted enterprisers of the next generation.
