지방화시대의 지방 박물관 설립의 당위성과 전망에 관한 연구 = A Study Focusing on the Necessity and of the Observation Local Museum Foundations in Localized Areas

This thesis wrote the subject on focussed 'why we must be local Museum foundation on every countries' and 'what about the prospects for we can obtain some results through Local Museum foundation', in time of localization.
The Local Museum, first of all, there can serves to gather up, exhibit and research all relics, bequests, remains and legacies, that were left to the local residents by their forefathers or were excavated from the country, as learning place for social education, it can also function as center of Local Cultural Activities. And as cultural tourist attraction, the Local Museum creates high added value, so to found Local Museum on every countries does meet the demands of the times, it thus will be a shortcut to fix local autonomy system.
Therefore, if we would found the Local Museum on every country, we would get several prospects as follows;
The first, it can to gather up and exhibit relics of the country without any damage.
The second, it can take charge of all ruins systematically and also we can preserve its intact in the country.
The third, it can record history and culture of the country rightly, so it will be improve the phase of the country.
The fourth, it make to cultivate the love of their hometown and to inspire Patriotism into the local residents since it make have correct understanding the history and culture of their country to them. This will be the motive force of what underdeveloped country let them develop by theirselves.
The fifth, it can make to improve on the quality of life, through the social and the educational function of the Museum.
The sixth, the Local Museum can be a celebrated locality for foreign tourist, as it were, it can be a tourist attraction that should attract a lot of foreign tourists.
As a tourist attraction what has no connection with environmental pollution, to found the Local Museum mean to attract foreign tourists. Since inducement of tourist, the Local Museum foundation on every country, that would bring the country about an increase in revenue of it. Thus, from this point of view, to found the Local Museum will serve to change the danger signal which lighted already at local finance into a green signal.
