자원봉사활동 지속성에 관한 차이 분석 = Difference analysis concerning persistence of volunteer work

This study was differentiated from the precedent study, in the way that difference of gender, income, academic background, and religion, etc. was actually analyzed in the persistence of Gangwon-do province``s urban volunteer work. This study analyzed the difference of the relationship between independent and dependent variables after the comprehensive review of the advanced study, where independent variables included demographic factors, each field of volunteer work, types of institutions, etc.,: where dependent variables included volunteer``s persistence (including persistence period, willingness to persist, and participation strength). It is true that there has been much the research about volunteer``s persistence of volunteer work in the meantime. But there has not been much the research analyzing the differences regarding persistence of volunteer work at urban area in Gangwon-do. In order to complement the precedent research, this study empirically analyzed differences concerning persistence of volunteers working at urban area in Gangwon-do and studied the persistence of systematic volunteer work with volunteers at Donghae-si as the central figure. Uppermost limit of this study is as follow. First, as the sample of this study is limited to Gangwon-do Province and the conditions and system of volunteer work differ throughout the country, it is judged that this study may be considerable restrictions on generalization of the research results in that this study has limits not studying everything concerned. Second, as this study has been conducted with only main variables used in the advanced research i.e., demographic factors, each field of volunteer work, types of institutions, etc., the possibility ruled out various variables cannot be entirely excluded.
