서독 대학생들의 주독(駐獨) 남한대사관 난입사건과 68혁명 ― 상호규정성의 공시성과 비동시성 ― = Breaking into South Korean Embassy in West Germany by German Students and the protests of 1968 - The Synchronicity and asynchrony of the mutual regulation -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

University Campus played an important role on the protest concerning East-Berlin Incident. University students protest with non-violent protest and the petitions. They regarded East-Berlin Incident as the infringement of sovereignty, like West German government thought, but they also had humanitarian thinking. They brought up the subject that the accused should not be punished as spy for North Korea. They continuously pushed West German government to act for the accused more diligently. Professors also joined the protest with students.
University students were influenced by the protests of 1968. They opposed the Cold War and tried to make new society and politics. In West Germany, the protests of 1968 were more intensified after the pass of the German Emergency Acts(Notstandsgesetze). Breaking into South Korean Embassy by West German Students was a first violent protest concerning East-Berlin Incident. They used violence because the severe sentence to the accused could be determined, and some of the accused could be executed. Park Chunghee Regime hated the violent protest by West German students, because they faced lots of protests by South Korean students.
By the result of the second appeals trial and Breaking into South Korean Embassy by West German Students, West German government responsed sensitively to the public(Offentlichkeit). So they decide to send an envoy to South Korea to resolve East-Berlin Incident completely. Breaking into South Korean Embassy by West German Students was an important factor for West German government decide to send an envoy to South Korea.
