소마중심 표현예술치료를 활용한 PTSD 치료 프로그램의 효과 기제 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 소마중심 표현예술치료를 활용한 PTSD 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 창조적 연결성이 프로그램 효과의 과정변인임을 검증하데 있다. 이에 따라 본 프로그램은 PTSD 이론, 심리적 외상 치료 원리, 소마중심의 트라우마 치료의 이론과 실제, 예술치료의 선행 연구 등을 근거로 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이후 외상 후 스트레스장애 척도가 11점 이상인 중등도의 두 개 집단에서 18명의 일반인을 대상으로, 8주에 걸쳐 주 1회, 150분(2시간 30분)씩 실시하였다. 연구결과, 참가자들의 창조적 연결성 척도 점수가 증가하고, PTSD와 C-PTSD 증상이 감소하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 창조적 연결성이 소마중심 표현예술치료의 핵심 요소이고, 창조적 연결성이 PTSD 치료에 효과기제로 작용한다는 점이다. 따라서 소마중심 표현예술치료를 통해 창조적 연결성이 증진되어 PTSD 증상이 감소하였다. 즉, 창조적 연결성이 PTSD 치료의 과정변수라는 연구자의 가설이 지지되었다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과를 요약하고 논의하였고, 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study’s goal is threefold: developing a group PTSD treatment program based on Soma-based Expressive Art Therapy, showing the effect of the program and testing whether the Creative Connection Scale can be a process variable affection effectively program. In order to develop this PTSD program, previous studies, principles of PTSD treatment, trauma and art therapy were examined, and then the best components were selected, which determined the final program. The program served 18 people, 2 groups that met weekly for 150-minute sessions over a course of 8 weeks. As a result of study, Creative Connection Scale variables and indicators of psychological symptoms, such as symptoms of PTSD and Complex-PTSD decreased. The study hypothesis was validated, confirming that items from the Creative Connection Scale would act as process variables in the PTSD treatment program. Finally the summary and discussion of the results underscore the need to further research and gain understanding of the limitations in this study.
