청소년의 말하기, 듣기 스타일과 관련변인에 대한 연구-인구사회학적 변인, 퍼스낼리티, 리더십생활스킬을 중심으로 = The relationship of adolescent's communication style, listening style and related variables- Based on the demographic variables, big five personality factors, and leadership life skill

The current study examined the relationships between demographic variables(sex, age, scores), big five factors, leadership life skill, communication style and listening style. Firstly, results showed that sex, age, and score partially related to adolescent's communication style and listening style. Secondly, big five personality factors and leadership life skill also related to the communication style and listening style.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 인구사회학적 변인(성별, 연령, 성적), 성격 5요인, 리더십 생활 스킬이 말하기, 듣기 스타일과 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과 성별, 연령, 성적은 청소년의 말하기, 듣기 스타일과 부분적으로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 남학생보다는 여학생이, 저학년보다는 고학년이, 성적이 높은 청소년들이 논변적 스타일을 더 많이 구사하고 있었다. 또한 남학생보다는 여학생이 시간지향적 스타일을 더 많이 활용하였고, 학년이 높을수록 사람지향적 듣기 성향을, 성적이 높을수록 내용지향적 스타일로 경청하는 성향을 보였다. 성격 5요인 역시 말하기, 듣기 스타일과 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 외향적인 청소년들은 당당한 스타일을, 친화성과 신경불안증이 높은 청소년들은 반영적 스타일을, 성실성과 개방성이 높은 청소년들은 논변적 스타일을 더 많이 구사하는 경향을 보였다. 성격에 따른 듣기 스타일의 차이를 보면 신경불안증이 높은 청소년들은 시간지향적 성향을, 성실성이 높은 청소년들은 내용지향적 스타일을, 개방성이 높고 외향적이며 친화성이 높은 청소년들은 사람지향적 스타일을 더 선호하였다. 또한 청소년의 리더십 생활기술도 말하기, 듣기 스타일과 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 의사결정 스킬과 문제해결 스킬이 높은 청소년들은 논변적, 당당한 스타일을 구사하는 반면 의사소통스킬이 높은 청소년들은 반영적 스타일을 선호하였다. 다음으로 자기존중-인간관계 스킬이 높은 청소년들은 행동지향적 듣기성향을 적게 가지고 있는 반면 의사결정 스킬이 높은 청소년들은 행동지향적 듣기방식을 선호하였다. 문제해결 스킬이 높은 청소년들은 내용지향적 스타일, 의사소통스킬이 높은 청소년들은 사람지향적 듣기성향을 보였다.
