사이버교육의 학습만족도 조사에서 학습자 관련 변인의 고려 필요성에 대한 탐색적 연구 = Exploratory Study on the Need to Consider the Learner-related Factors in Learner Satisfaction Survey of Cyber-education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사이버교육프로그램의 질 관리 방안으로 학습자의 학습만족도 조사의 필요성을 살펴보고, 학습만족도의 보다 정확한 조사와 결과 해석을 위해 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 학습자 관련 변인을 규명하고자 하였다.
이러한 연구 목적을 위해 관련 선행연구들을 분석하고, 공무원 직무교육 사이버교육과정의 수강자를 대상으로 실시된 학습만족도 조사 결과와 사이버교육의 학습효과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 수강자의 인식 조사 결과를 분석하였다.
연구 결과, 선행연구 분석을 통해서는 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 학습자 관련 변인으로 학습자의 동기적 변인과 자기주도성이 규명되었다. 사이버교육과정 수강자를 대상으로 한 조사 결과 분석에서는, 사이버교육의 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 ‘학습내용의 신뢰성’과 ‘자신의 의지’가 가장 중요하게 인식되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 인식이 수강자의 성별, 연령, 학력, 근무년수 등의 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지를 검증한 결과 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 사이버교육 학습효과에 중요한 요인에 대한 수강자의 인식이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 교육과정에 대한 일반 만족도에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구 결과들을 종합하여 사이버교육프로그램의 질 관리 방안으로 학습만족도 조사를 활용하는데 있어서 학습자 관련 변인에 대한 고려 필요성 등의 시사점을 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to examine the need of leaner satisfaction survey for the quality management of cyber-education programs, and to identify the learner-related factors affecting the learner satisfaction for more accurate survey and result explanation of the learner satisfaction.
To achieve the above objectives, we have reviewed a number of prior researches, and have analyzed the result of surveys made to the learners of on-the-job-training cyber-education programs for government officials in the following two aspects: learner satisfaction, and learner's perception of the factors affecting learning effectiveness.
The review of prior researches has revealed two learner-related factors affecting the learner satisfaction: learner's motivation and self-directiveness. And, the analysis of the survey result has shown that the learners perceive 'reliability of learning contents' and 'self-willingness' as the most important factors affecting the effectiveness of learning. The results didn’t show any significant difference in such perception by the learners' features such as sex, age, educational background or working period. And, the analysis also showed that such perception made meaningful influence on the general learner satisfaction.
Based on the above review and analysis, this study suggests several implications such as consideration on the learner-related factors when using the learner satisfaction survey for quality management of cyber-education program.
