공유경제의 내재적 윤리 = The Intrinsic Ethics of the Economy of Communion

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공유경제는 인간을 중요시하는 인간중심의 새로운 경제질서라는 점에서 창조라는 의미를 갖는다. 공유경제에서 모든 경제생활은 형제애를 기본 이념으로 하여 이루어진다.
공유경제는 시장경제의 모든 질서를 존중하면서 도덕적 규범과 공동체적 연대성을 강조한다. 공유경제의 궁극적 소명은 가난과 불평등을 극복하는 것이며, 그 소명의 구체적 실천은 ‘가난의 선택’ 또는 ‘주는 문화’와 같은 형제애의 실천을 통하여 나타난다. 이것은 공유경제의 독특한 인본주의라고 하겠다.
형제애가 투입되어야 할 가장 구체적인 핵심 주체는 기업이다. 기업은 자본과 노동이 함께 참여하는 공동체이다. 그리고 기업활동의 중심역할은 자본이 아니라 구성원들이다. 이는 기업의 모든 구성원들이 기업운영에 참여하고 책임을 진다는 뜻이다. 깊은 신뢰와 상호성을 바탕으로 하는 기업은 효율의 향상과 더불어 분배의 공평성을 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In recent era of globalization, Economy of Communion (EoC) is an emerging economic principle that recognizes the dilemma of traditional perspectives and turns to human centered values and ideas. Among various concepts and ideas that restore humanism, fraternity plays an important role in all the economic activities within the EoC system.
The EoC encompasses all the principles derived from free market economy, as well as ethical norm and social solidarity. The EoC does meet the needs of the time in that it provides the guideline to overcome economic poverty and inequality, which are pervasive all over the globe. In response to the needs, two important practices should be manifested through fraternity: ①freely chosen poverty; and ②dissemination of giving culture. That is, these construct the economy of communion, which is defined as ""unique"" humanism.
In order to achieve the very idea of the fraternity, an enterprise is considered as the main entity because it is a community in which capital and labor participate altogether. Besides, all the individuals are the major players in business operations rather than the capital. In other words, all the community members take the considerable responsibility for the operations. For these reasons, the more enterprise relies on mutual trust and active participation of the individuals, the more likely it is to attain the improvement in efficiency as well as equity on distribution.
