교육적 시각에서 바라본 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 리더의 리더십 -스타벅스 사례를 중심으로- = Educational Aspect of Trust-based Leadership: Starbucks Case Study

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 조직의 원활한 경영을 위해 필요한 리더의 역할과 신뢰를 바탕으로 이루어진 리더의 리더십에 대하여 논하며 또한, 리더의 개념과 역할에 대하여 알아보며 이에 따는 리더십에 대하여 알아본다. 리더십의 방법론적 이론은 다양하게 변화하며 리더의 특성에 초점을 맞춰 근래에 변혁적 리더십이 등장하고 변혁적 리더십은 조직원들의 배려를 통하여 보다 효과적인 성과를 기대할 수 있게 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스타벅스의 하워드 슐츠(Howard Schultz)회장의 리더십에서 보이는 경영방식 그리고 신뢰를 구축하는 경영의 조건에 대하여 논하여 보고자 한다.

This study discusses the role of a leader and the trust-based leadership with respect to satisfactory management of organization. This study redefines a leader and his/her role in the company. Methodological theory on leadership varies though much of it lies on leader`s individuality in managing and interacting with the employee which plays a key role in bringing out the effective result. This study discusses the leadership of Starbucks CEO Howard Sulitz and his management method and management of the conditions for building trust.
