어가의 어업수입 결정요인 분석 = An Analysis on the Determinants of Fishery Receipts of Fishery Household in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to explore the major determinants that affect the fishery receipts of fishery household in Korea. The paper utilized the Korea Fishery Survey Data for 2005, and applied a multi-level linear model that can incorporate diverse spatial heterogeneities as well as individual differences. The present study found that diverse determinants in relation to labor and capital such as education level of the manager, participating fishery organization, the application of computer, the proximity to national fishing ports and so forth were proved to be important ones that affect the level of fishery receipts. Also the study showed that there are big differences among regions in the fishery receipts depending on its determinants.
