도시재생사업 활성화 후보지 평가에 관한 연구 - 여건분석의 정성적 지표에 대한 퍼지이론의 적용 - = A Study on the Assessment of Revitalization Candidate Areas for Urban Regeneration Projects

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Understanding level of decline in a specific urban area is recognized as a preliminary but pivotal task prior to the propulsion of urban regeneration projects in Korea. Urban decline diagnosis, upon which revitalization districts are evaluated and selected, embraces quantitative as well as qualitative indicators.
This study deals with the issue of 'how to exclude evaluator's subjectivity' in which fuzzy theory is employed. Using the results of questionnaire survey responded by 30 experts including government officials, qualitative aspects of 'potential' and 'compatibility․connectivity' are evaluated toward 9 areas. The Choquet fuzzy integral analysis shows that influence degree of area's development potential(0.532) is higher than that of compatibility․connectivity with the associated plans(0.484). This is to imply such features of people's propulsion willingness, distribution of potential resources are preferentially taken into consideration.
