진로교육 만족도에 따른 진로성숙 수준 변화에 대한 다층분석 = Estimating change patterns in adolescents' career maturity according to the satisfaction feeling on career education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다층모형을 적용하여 청소년의 진로성숙 수준의 변화를 추정하고 변화에 있어서의 개인차에 대한 진로교육 만족도 효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 우선 학년에 따른 진로성숙 수준의 변화를 살펴보고 선형 변화모형과 이차함수 변화모형의 적용가능성을 탐색해보았다. 또한 진로교육 경험에 대한 만족도가 진로성숙 수준 변화에 미치는 효과를 선형 모형과 이차함수 변화모형을 각각 적용하여 각 모형에 의한 결과해석을 비교해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 선형 변화모형에서는 진로성숙 수준이 학년이 높아짐에 따라 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타난 반면에 이차함수 변화모형에서는 학년이 높아짐에 따라 유의하게 감소세를 보이다가 고교이후 증가세로 돌아서는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로성숙 수준에 대한 진로교육 만족도 효과를 알아보기 위하여 선형 변화모형과 이차함수 변화모형을 각각 적용한 결과 두 모형 모두 진로교육에 대한 만족도가 클수록 진로성숙 수준 초기치와 변화율에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 드러났으며, 선형 변화모형보다 이차함수 변화모형이 시간에 따른 진로성숙 수준의 변화에 대하여 더욱 정교한 정보를 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the present study, employing multilevel models, change patterns in adolescents' Career maturity were estimated, and satisfaction effects on the individual differences in the change were tested. Specifically, it tested whether the effects were constant across grade using the dataset of the Korean Youth Panel Study (Cohorts of middle school 2nd-graders). Results showed that at the start, adolescents' career maturity level decreased and some time later increase significantly by quadratic change models. Especially the high school students showed higher level of Career maturity after entrance into a high school(from the middle school 2nd grade to the high school 3rd grade). Also, the satisfaction on career education activity showed significant effects on the initial status(the middle school 2nd grade). And the satisfaction on career education activity had significantly positive effects on the change rates by linear change models and quadratic change models. To sum up, the satisfaction on career education activity significantly had a good influence on the change rates and the initial status.
