生藥劑 양미령환의 細胞 形態學的 構造에 關한 硏究

Morphological studies of cellular structures in herb medicine of Yangmiryungwhan were undertaken for quality control. This investigation was carried out with light microscope to observe morphological structure of plant cells or tissues contained in commercial Yangmiryungwhan ， which was widely used for improvement of blood circulation in traditional oriental medicine. Yangmiryungwhan is a mixture of 16 kinds of herb medicine from stem, bark, root and fruit of plants. Ten pellets of it was socked and incubated in Jeffery's solution before staining in safranine for light microscopy to investigate cell or tissue types. parenchyma cells, epiderrnis, trichomes, vessels, fibers, sclereids were observed, and each of these organs could be identified as two to eight different types which might be originated from different plants. Microscopic observation was thought to be a good methods to control the quality of the herbal medicine because only small amount of material was enough for this purpose.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

생약제의 형태학적 연구는 품질 평가，위조품 적발 동 생약 감정에 반드시 필요하다. 시중에 서 널리 이용되고 있는 분말생약 및 환제의 감정에 사용 되고 있는 현미 감정법을 재확인 할 목적으로 혈액순환개선에 사용되고 있는 양미령환의 식물세포 형태학적 구조에 관하여 밝히고자 광학현미경을 사용 하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. 생약제 양미령환은 17가지 생약표준품이 혼합되어 있는것으로서 아교를 제외한 표준품은 식물의 뿌리와，줄기，열매 및 씨 등을 사용한 것이다. Jeffery solution과 10% Chromic acid를 처리하여 각각의 생약을 구성하는 조직을 해리시킨 다음 safranin으로 염색하여 세포의 형태,구성,크기,특정 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 유세포,표피세포,모용,도관，섬유，보강세포 등을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이들은 구성，크기，형태적 특정에 따라 각각 2-8 가지 서로 다른 유형이 나타남으로써 통일한 종류의 세포라고 하더라도 서로 다른 생약에서 유래한 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 현미감정법은 미량의 시료만으로도 여러 종류의 생약을 확인할 수 있다는 장점이 있으므로 생약감정에 매우 좋은 방법으로 생각된다.
