노동조합-사회복지사협력 EAP의 도입 가능성 연구 = 중소제조업체 밀집지역을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중소제조업체 밀집지역 노동현장에 사회복지사가 적용할 수 있는 근로자지원프로그램(Employee Assistance Program, 이하 EAP) 모형의 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사회복지사와 중소제조업체 노동조합연합조직의 협력에 의한 EAP 제공을 시범사업으로 실시하였다. 시범사업을 통해 사회복지사와 노동조합 공동의 협력에 의한 EAP 도입의 가능성을 모색하였다. 연구의 초점은 세 가지로, 첫째, 중소제조업체 노동현장에서 요구되는 EAP의 개발, 둘째, 사회복지사-노동조합 협력형 EAP의 도입이 다른 EAP 실천모형과 구별되는 주요 기능은 무엇인지, 셋째, 이를 도입하고 정착시키는 데 요구되는 주요한 실천적 과제가 무엇인지를 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tries to find the possibility of adopting a EAP(Employee Assistance Program) by Trade Union-Social Worker Cooperation in the area massed the smaller manufacturing corporations. All materials of this paper is based on the results of pilot project performed in the Jung-Gwan Industrial Complex of Busan. That was carried out by the local union official and the industrial social worker(a social worker in charge of Community Welfare Center). Findings are followed as: First, the programs showed highest percentage of utilization and satisfaction are ones for the improvement of individual health and family relation. On the other hand, the programs showed lower percentage are ones for the elevation of industrial relation or participation in community activity. Second, the self-help organization approach is more effective than the program-led one by the industrial social worker. This results could forsee the better feasibility after the fiscal discontinuance of pilot project. Third, the correlation of the family relations stress and psychical or personal relations stress is significant. And then, it is taken into account a coverage and a spot on the job operating of the EAP for the possibility of adopting the one.
