    This study is to investigate and analyze the difference in achievement motivation between highschool judo players and college ones.
    Among both the highschool and the college judo players in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, who are registered in Korea Judo Association within Korean Sports Council, 260 subject are applied to analyze actually.
    This study is performed by t-test and one-way ANOVA. Average acquired by Scheffe was led to the following result.
    1) Achievement motivation in accordance with factors of men and women judo athletes
    It's highest at each this; desire to improve skills(m=24.70) in case of highschool men judo athletes, and failure anxiety(m=23.30) in case of women judo athletes, and then, capacity for their coaches(m=23.42) in case of college men judo athletes and unadaptation(m=23.92) in case of women judo athletes.

    2) Difference in achievement motivation of highschool boys and girls judo athletes
    In case of girls judo athletes it's lower than boys especially at each this ; challenge to goals(1), desire to improve skills(2), coping with problems(3), orientation to victory(4), anxiety(6), relaxation(7), capacity for coaches(9), unadaptation to coaches(10), fighting will(11), intellectual interests(12) and intellectual interests(12), attribution to attempts(17).(p< .01).

    3) Difference in achievement motivation of college judo students
    In case of men judo athletes it's higher than women especially at each this ; orientation to victory(4), relaxation(7), strong will(8), unadaptation to coaches(10), intellectual interests(12), desire to improve skills(2), capacity for coaches(9).(p< .01).

    4) Difference in achievement motivation of highschool boys and college judo students
    In case of highschool boys judo athletes it's higher than college ones especially at each this ; desire to improve skills(2), coping with problems(3), orientation to victory(4), anxiety(6), relaxation(7), strong will(8), unadaptation to coaches(10), intellectual interests(12), immoderation(13), desire to practice(14), attribution to attempts(17).(p< .01).
