1. Research was made on S. herbacea Community applying transect0nethod, three(Quadrates) at Hwa-Dong, seven(Quadrates) at Kajwa-Dong, in the vicinity of Chuan Salt Field.
2. Density effect of S. herbacea growing in each Quadrate was found. Namely, a tendency was found that in a Quadrate and increase in cumber brings a decrease in average height of S. herbacea.
3. No trasformation of S. herbacea could be found, in comparing the two Quadrates that had 5907 and 491 S. herbacea respectively. Namely, in the former(5907) there was little or no branching and in the latter(491) branching was vigorous and stout.
4. In salt Concentration,
23‰ to 5‰ of S. herbacea had the cover degree of 5 to f, 13‰ to 5‰ of Sagina crassicaulis 3, and Scirpus under 5‰. Namely, it was found that they have characteristic territory of growth.
5. In S. herbacea it was apparent that soil-moisture content, and PH didn't have much effect in grouwing.
