    The discussion on the youth civil right in korean society is now becomming to start. In the past, because of the education policy focused on the entrance examination for university and of the Confusion viewpoint, the youth civil right was not even discussed. However, nowadays, the activated new youth culture based in internet increase the interest on their civil right, and as a result of that, a legislation notice for declining adjustment of voting age to 19 is constructed. Now, we can say that the prioity have to be donne at the point of empirical, positive, and more particular discussion on their civil right. From this perspective, in this study, we`ll present a theoretical study of the youth civil riglit, an interview research and some possibles policies for the youth civil right improvement.
