후기 남자 청소년의 우울․불안 발달궤적과 사회적 지지 = Developmental Trajectories of Depression/Anxiety and Social Support in Late Adolescent Males

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 후기 남자 청소년의 우울 불안 문제의 하위 발달 궤적을 확인하고, 발달 궤적을 예측하는 변인으로써 사회적 지지 변인의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 경기도 소재 남자 고등학생 507명의 자료를 만 2년의 기간 동안 총 6회 측정하여 분석하였다. 남자 고등학생들의 우울․불안 수준은 청소년자기행동평가척도(YSR) 중 우울․불안 소척도를 사용하여 매 측정시기마다 반복측정 되었으며, 부모, 교사, 그리고 또래의 지지 수준이 최초 측정시기에 1회 수집되었다. 잠재성장곡선모형을 적용한 결과 남자 청소년의 우울․불안 문제의 변화는 2차 곡선모형이 적합하였으며 변화율의 평균은 유의미하지 않았다. 변화율에 있어서 개인차가 유의미하여 잠재성장혼합모형을 적용해 하위 발달궤적을 조사한 결과, 4가지 궤적이 확인되었다. 초기치와 변화율을 고려하여 각각 ‘낮음’, ‘중간-변화’, ‘중간’, ‘높음’ 궤적이라고 명명하였다. 사회적 지지의 하위 변인들이 서로 다른 궤적에 속할 확률을 예측하는지 검증하기 위해 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 각각의 궤적을 기준집단으로 하여 분석할 때, 부모의 지지와 또래의 지지 수준이 높을수록 우울․불안 수준이 낮은 궤적에 속할 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 함의와 추후 연구 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
