私立學校法에 나타난 私學의 自主性과 公共性에 대한 敎育關聯集團의 認識

Adverse criticism is not ceasing the 35th revised Private School Law and the private school being the publicness and independence. This study analyzes the differential perception and major contents of private school law promulgated in December 29, 2005 and the private school. The law was established to have objects in extending transparency and democracy, publicness of school operation; however there were some problems related to the private school and those who have something to do with the private school.
The next is the results which are the analysis of the differential perception in the 35th revised Private School Law and the private school following background variations. First, the average numerical value of the private school being the independence is more high than the average numerical value of the private school being the publicness in the all ages except 20's. Second, the average numerical value of the private school being the publicness is more high than the average numerical value of the private school being the independence in the all places except a big city. Third, the average numerical value of the private school being the publicness is more high than the average numerical value of the private school being the independence in only teacher's group. Fourth, the average numerical value of the private school being the publicness is more high than the average numerical value of the private school being the independence in the primary school teachers.
