AHP 기법을 활용한 창정비 수행기관 선정을 위한 다 기준 평가모형 개발 및 적용

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 무기체계에 대한 창정비원을 선정할 때 AHP(계층분석절차) 기법을 활용하여군 직정비 또는 외주정비로 선정하는 연구를 수행하였다. AHP기법을 통해 평가항목 별 상대적 가중치를 부여하였고, 이를 토대로 평가기준을다양하게 적용하여 창정비원을 선정하는 모델을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The selection of depot maintenance(DM) sources between military maintenance and outsourcing maintenance is a multi-criteria decision making problem which includes evaluate of factors such as DM ability, cost analysis, effectiveness analysis and opinion of relative decision makers. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method was used to determine the relative priority of each item based on the qualitative evaluation of experts. In addition, the robustness of the selection procedure was evaluated using sensitivity analysis based on various evaluation criteria. An illustrative examples using the proposed method are provided.
