유아교육 실습지도를 위한 대학과 유치원과의 협력모형 개발 = A Collaborative Model for the Supervision of Early Childhood Student Teaching

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교육실습지도시 대학과 현장간 협력의 필요성에 대한 실습관계자들의 요구를 고려하여 현장에 적용할 수 있는 협력모형을 개발하기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위하여 대학과 유치원간의 협력 및 실습지도 관련 문헌을 고찰하고 이를 토대로 실습지도 협력모형 시안을 구성하였다. 모형 시안에 대한 실습생, 지도교사, 지도교수의 요구를 조사하고, 1개 실습유치원의 실습생 12명, 지도교사 4명, 지도교수 1명, 대학원생 1명에게 적용하여 수정, 보완하였다. 개발된 실습지도 협력모형은 실습생 뿐 아니라 참여자 모두가 상호 신뢰로운 관계 속에서 주체적으로 자신의 전문성을 지속적으로 향상시켜가기 위한 것으로서, 정규 실습 뿐 아니라 교과교육 관련 강좌에서 활용될 수 있다. 이론과 실제, 대학의 교육과정과 유치원 프로그램, 양성교육과 현직교육을 함께 발전시켜가기 위하여, 협력 팀 중심 학습공동체를 구축하고 그 안에서의 사회적 상호작용과 임상교수 경험 및 반성적 사고를 중요시한다.

This study presents a supervision model for enhancing early childhood student teaching through university and kindergarten collaboration. To develop this model, a trial supervision model was constructed on the basis of a review of the literature on collaboration and student teaching. Then, the requirements of collaborative supervision of student teachers, cooperating teachers, and professors were investigated. This constructed supervision model was used in the supervision of sixteen student teachers, four kindergarten teachers, one professor, and one graduate school student. Modifications and adjustments to the model were made as needed. This study indicates that a collaboration between university and kindergarten in student teaching can achieve effective means of offering opportunity for new learning through the learning community, changes in teaching concepts and practices, sharing leadership, and offering qualitative clinical experience.
