예비 창업자의 개인적 특성이 창업잠재력을 통해 창업 의지에 미치는 영향 = The impact of personal characteristics of prospective entrepreneurs on their will to start a business through their entrepreneurial potential

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 예비 창업자의 개인적 특성이 창업 잠재력을 통해 창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 물질주의, 자기계발, 디지털 역량, 사회적 관계 등의 개인적 특성이 창업역량과 창업 의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 확인하였으며, 창업 잠재력과 창업 의지 간의 상관관계도 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비 창업자의 개인적 특성은 창업 잠재력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이는 다시 창업 의지를 강화하는 주요한 요소로 작용함을 확인하였다. 이로써 개인적 특성의 중요성이 부각되었으며, 창업 의지 형성에 있어 창업 잠재력의 역할이 강조되었다. 따라서, 창업 교육은 창업 역량뿐만 아니라 창업 의향을 고취시키는 방향으로 설계되어야 하며, 디지털 기술 교육과 네트워킹 기회를 제공해야 한다.

This study analyzed the impact of personal characteristics of prospective entrepreneurs on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial potential. It examined whether personal traits such as materialism, self-development, digital competence, and social relationships positively influence entrepreneurial capabilities and intentions, while also investigating the correlation between entrepreneurial potential and entrepreneurial intention. The findings revealed that the personal characteristics of prospective entrepreneurs have a positive effect on entrepreneurial potential, which, in turn, serves as a key factor in strengthening entrepreneurial intention. This highlights the importance of personal traits and underscores the role of entrepreneurial potential in shaping entrepreneurial intention. Consequently, entrepreneurship education should be designed not only to enhance entrepreneurial capabilities but also to foster entrepreneurial intention, by offering education in digital technologies and networking opportunities.
