From the past, it keeps on ceaselessly compilation works to preserve native local-culture. Recently, the web as mass media of communicating knowledge-information is generalized, the various works that digitalized native local-culture resources are in progress. But, it has not been constructed for being considered native local-culture of each region with systematical and syncretic approach formula. Accordingly, systematic model and syncretic design process to be synthetic and to consider flexibility, vasodilator is demanded that can develop native local-culture contents information system. I elucidate discriminative digitalizing attribute of native local-culture contents that have a discriminative attribute of local characteristic, specificity, naked singularity continuity and want to adduce information system that apply development model to systematize this as construction example. If native local-culture resources are constructed as information system and conjugated, it would be a foundation that can be used by a meson of cultural contents industry as well as activation of native local-culture.
