    The purpose of this study is trying to make a reform for secretarial-related department curriculum by adapting the theory of Ralph Tyler. Therefore, Tyler's principles of continuity, sequence, and integration have been accepted as the basic principles for organizing this curriculum.
    The reason we made this research is to establish the first step to develop this discipline to have the rigorous standards through the discussions among the people who related with secretarial fields. In the process of pursuing the qualitative contents, methods, and assessments, finally, we can have the qualitative disciplinary curriculum, then we will also have a progress as a discipline.
