고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육행동과 희망이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 = Perceived Parenting Behaviors and Aspirations and their Effects on Career Attitude Maturity among High School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to better understand the effects of parenting behaviors and hopes as perceived by high school students in relation to their career attitude maturity. The subjects consisted of 524 high school students. The data collected were analyzed by means of both simple- and multi-regression analysis. The distrustful behavior of parents as perceived by high school students had a negative influence upon their career attitude maturity. The lessons behavior of fathers revealed a significantly more positive effect on both the purpose, confidence, and independence of male high school students as well as the preparedness of female high school students. However, the father`s attention levels and the mother`s lessons behaviors had a negative effect on independence of career attitude maturity. The mother`s respect behavior had a significant and positive effect on career attitude maturity. On the whole, career attitude maturity and its sub-factors were seen as having a significantly more positive effect on the perceived hopes of high school students. These findings were then utilized for a discussion of what constitutes desirable parenting behaviors. This also involved a discussion of possible educational programs for parents. In addition, a program to enhance the high school student`s hopes should be developed and implemented.
