성과평가 관리시스템 구축과 적용 = 기초자치단체를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study build to model for performance management and evaluate efficiently the performance of public service in the primary local governments. First of all, both objective evaluation model and subjective evaluation model are presented, for the desirable performance evaluation, with emphasing the systhesis of two evaluations constructed the integrated model, As a result applying this model to primary local government, it was finded to important facts. First, in objective evaluation, it is high the efficiency of autonomy county, in subjective evaluation, it is high the satisfaction of autonomy distrist. Second, the smaller the size of population, the higher efficiency, the degree of satisfaction is the highest to level 100-200 thousand in primary local government residents. Third, In the regional evaluation, its two evaluations are disagree, the efficiency of Gang-won, Je-ju and Yeung-nam are high, but the satisfaction of Gang-won and Je-ju are low. Fourth, in case of more than two million the sum of expenditures per one resident, the efficiency and satisfaction are high. Fifth, in case of less than 120 the sum of residents per one public servant, the efficiency and satisfaction s high, therefore it is analyze to agree both objective and subjective evaluation.
