탈분쟁국에 대한 의회발전 지원 = Parliamentary Strengthening in Post-Conflicts

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The end of the Cold War has seen lots of the abrupt occurrences of inter-state wars around the world, and which demands international efforts to resolve them. In this context, the ‘peacebuilding’ program has been created and developed. As one of the peacebuilding programs, ‘parliament strengthening’ has been emerged and developed by international organizations and developed countries, such as UNDP, IPU, and US. Although it requires more time to evaluate the role of the program of ‘parliamentary strengthening’ in post-conflicts, the program can be benchmarked in korean peacebuilding program for postconflict nations. Since the case of korean development is one of the best models for the current postconflict nations, any program based on the korean development would contribute to the postconflicts. So that we need to develop a ‘parliament strengthening’ program for postconflict states.
