This study is intended to investigate whether each hotel and each department of the hotels have differences in organizational personality and to analyze whether such organizational personality significantly affects group efficacy and whether the group efficacy significantly influences organizational effectiveness. Each hotel and each department of the hotels had significant differences in all organizational personality types except for sesing-intuition type, and the organizational personality types significantly affected group efficacy. The extroversion-introversion type and thinking-feeling type significantly affected group efficacy. This means that as a hotel organization focuses on an external environment and makes rational and reasonable management decisions, the group efficacy increases. In addition, the group efficacy significantly influenced organizational effectiveness. In other words, as members of an organization have high belief in achieving the organization`s goals, they have an inclination to keep themselves equal to the organization, to accept the value and faith of the organization as part of the members, and to raise the loyalty and affection to the organization.
