시흥 안산 산업단지내 제조중소기업의 무역분쟁 및 사기예방 방안 = A proposal of strategy how to prevent on the claim and Fraud of the SME’s manufacturer in the industrial complex at Shiheung & Ansan

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인터넷 사용이 증가하여 e-비즈니스와 전자무역이 발달하고 있다. 그러나 구매자에 대한 정보나 신용상태를 모르고 거래하는 경우가 증가하여 무역분쟁과 사기가 급증하고 있다. 기업의 수출경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 문화에 대한 이해와 대응력을 증진시키는 것이 매우 중요하다. 문화란 한 집단만이 갖는 고유한 신조와 독특한 생활방식이기 때문에 민족에 따라 생각하고 행동하는 의식구조나 가치관이 다르다. 문화에 대한 시각도 국가별․지역별간에 큰 차이가 있다. 이러한 문화에 대한 견해의 차이는 국가 간 무역거래에도 그대로 반영되고 있다. 평소 국내거래에서와 같은 상관습이나 거래스타일로 외국수입자와 거래에 임하게 될 경우, 종종 이해할 수 없는 어떤 요구나 절차로 인해 거래를 효과적으로 진행하지 못하거나 심지어는 협상자체가 실패로 끝나는 경우를 흔히 목격하고 경험하게 된다. 또 상대방이 오해하게끔 잘못을 저질렀으면서도 잘못을 전혀 깨닫지 못하는 이런 경우는 문화적 자기인식의 결여에서 빚어지는 행위에서 이런 오해를 초래하게 되는 경우도 있다. 따라서 기업에서는 교육훈련기관 활용, 해외연수 확대, 문화적 차이에 대한 이해, 심리적 장애요인의 극복 등을 통하여 문화적인 차이로 인한 기업분쟁 및 사기 예방을 하여야 하는데 본 논문은 시화반월산업단지 중소제조기업을 중심으로 문화적인 차이, 신용장거래방식일 때 무역분쟁 및 사기예방 방안에 대하여 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper airms is upon careful examination of the impact of the culture on the claim and fraud of the SME's manufaturer in the industrial complex at Shiheung & Ansan. In order to attain the above purpose, this paper at the first stage define and analyzes the trade claim and fraud. second, propose strategy how to prvent to claim and fraud of the SME's manufacturer in the industrial complex at Shiheung & Ansan. Also, the purpose of this study translate offline business into e-Trade and to promote e-trade Single Window and using global Standards of electronic Documents such as Electronic Document, Web based EDI and e-Trade Portal Site. For the facilitation of B2B e-business, standardization of electronic message, electronic catalogue, electronic payment settlement and components and goods are said to be essential. In korea, Korea International Trade Association promote e-Trade by e-Trade Portal site and Web based EDI. We must support that experts of international standardization how to participate international standardization meeting. and then they contribute to make international standardization and to make domestic standardization in korea. also this papers request to change off-line business into electronic business. finally, this paper at the first stage define and analyzes the trade claim and fraud. second, propose strategy how to prevent to claim and fraud of the SME's manufacturer in the industrial complex at Shiheung & Ansan.
