공동주택에서의 초고속정보통신 인프라 개선방안 연구 = A Study on the Improvement in Super-highway Information Network Infrastructure for Apartment Housing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

디지털 경제시대의 웰빙 주거문화 생활을 위한 욕구 충족 추세에 따라서 정보통신서비스는 광대역화 및 이동성을 지향하며 발전하고 있으며, 서비스 및 기기의 융합이 가속화 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털기술에 의한 서비스, 단말기, 네트워크 등 융합의 시발점은 가정이며, 가정에서 정보를 편안하게 이용하고, 즐길 수 있도록 제공하는 방법이 공동주택의 디지털 네트워크 구축기술이라 할 수 있다.
이와 같은 가정의 디지털 융합기술은 공동주택 내에서의 구내통신 인프라가 뒷받침하지 않으면 이루어질 수 없다. 이를 위해 국내에서는 초고속정보통신의 활성화를 위하여 초고속정보통신건물 인증제도를 시행하고 있으며, 건설사와 서비스 사업자는 이를 기준으로 구내통신망을 구축하고 있다. 하지만 건설사와 서비스 사업자가 자신의 서비스를 위해 구내통신망을 별도로 구축함으로서 여러 문제점이 발생하고 있는데, 본 논문에서는 현재 건설사와 서비스 사업자들에 의해 구축되고 있는 구내통신망의 문제점을 분석해보고 최적의 구내통신망을 구축하기 위해 개선할 점을 분석하여 제시하고자 한다.

In keeping with the trend for meeting desires for well-being housing culture living in the era of digital economy, communications service is developing while aiming for broadband enhancement and mobility, and it is predicted that convergence between service and technology will be expedited. The starting point of the convergence of the digital-technology-aided service, terminal, and network, etc. is a family, and the very method of providing information to a family so that family members can easily use and enjoy information can be defined as the digital network establishment technology of apartment housing.
Such a digital convergence technology for a family unit cannot be fulfilled unless local area network infrastructure backs up in the area of apartment housing. For this purpose, a certification system of a super-highway information network building is being implemented for revitalization of a super-highway information network in Korea, and a construction company and service provider are establishing the local area network on the basis of the certification system. However, there arise several problems from the separate establishment of local area network by a construction company and service provider for their own service; thus, this paper intends to suggest the main points to be improved in an effort to set up the optimum local area network by analyzing the pending issues of the local area network which is currently implemented by service providers and construction companies.
