ERIS 모델을 이용한 기술창업기업의 기술사업화 성공요인분석: 델파이 기법을 중심으로 = Analysis of Success Factors in Technology Commercialization of Technology Start-ups Using ERIS Model: Focusing on Delphi Method

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기술창업기업의 지속적인 성장 및 생존을 위하여, 기술사업화 성공요인을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 기업의 성과 결정요인 분석모델로 활용되고 있는 ERIS 모델을 적용하였다. 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 ERIS 모델의 창업가 요인에서 7개, 자원 요인에서 7개, 산업구조 요인에서 7개, 비즈니스 전략 요인에서 6개의 총 27개 성공 요인 항목을 도출하였으며, 전문가 패널 15명을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐서 수정 델파이 조사를 통한 성공요인별 타당도를 분석하였다. 1차 수정 델파이 조사에서 타당도가 확보되지 않은 인력양성 지원 요인을 제외하였으며, 전문가 패널의 의견을 반영하여 정부정책 연계성 요인을 추가한 후 2차 수정 델파이 조사를 실시해서 모든 성공요인의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확보하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 ERIS 모델을 적용한 기술창업기업의 기술사업화 성공에 이바지할 수 있는 통합적인 모델과 성공요인을 제시하였으며, 향후 기술창업기업의 기술사업화 성공률을 높일 수 있는 정부와 지원기관의 지원정책 수립에 참고할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study aims to derive success factors for technology commercialization for the sustainable growth and survival of technology start-ups. To this end, the ERIS model, which is used as an analysis model for factors determining corporate performance, was applied. Through a systematic literature review, a total of 27 success factor items were derived: 7 entrepreneur factors, 7 resource factors, 7 industrial structure factors, and 6 business strategy factors of the ERIS model. The validity of each success factor was analyzed through two modified Delphi surveys targeting 15 expert panels. In the first modified Delphi survey, the factor of support for human resources development, which did not have validity, was excluded, and the factor of government policy linkage was added by reflecting the opinions of the expert panel, and then the second modified Delphi survey was conducted to secure the reliability and validity of all success factors. Through this study, we presented an integrated model and success factors that can contribute to the success of technology commercialization of technology start-ups applying the ELIS model. This study is significant in that it can be used as basic data that can be used as reference for establishing support policies of the government and support organizations to increase the success rate of technology commercialization of technology start-ups in the future.
