온라인 전시서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 경남교육청 기록관을 중심으로 = The Study Regarding the Improvement Alternatives of the On-line Display Service : Focused on the Archives in Gyungnam Provincial Office of Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 경남교육청 기록관 웹 사이트(web - site)의 온라인 전시서비스 운영실태와 문제점을 도출하여 동 기록관의 실정에 맞는 온라인 전시서비스 계획과 활동을 개발하는 것이다. 또한 이를 실효성 있게 적용하기 위해 온라인 전시서비스 모형도 구성하였다.
최근 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 기록관리활동 전반에 혁신적인 변화를 몰고 왔다. 기록관리와 기록관을 둘러싼 제도와 여건의 변화 속에서 기록관의 웹 사이트는 공공기록의 생산자와 이용자 사이의 소통체계를 더욱 가깝게 하고 있다. 특히 웹 사이트에서 온라인 전시서비스는 물리적인 전시서비스 활동이 그동안 별다른 효과를 거두지 못했던 것과는 달리, 시·공간을 초월해 기록관의 기록이용 기반을 조성해주고 있다.
본래 기록관에서의 전시서비스는 기록관이 소장하고 있는 가치 있는 컬렉션을 보여줌으로써 기록관의 유용성과 기록의 가치를 지역사회에 입증하고, 이러한 입증은 기록에 대한 사회전반의 관심을 불러일으켜 기록관이 문화기구로서의 위상을 확보하는데 핵심적인 역할을 할 수 있도록 한다.
그러나 현재 시도교육청 기록관의 경우 인적·물적 조건의 제한으로 오프라인은 물론 온라인에서 조차 전시서비스가 활성화 되지 못하고 있다. 최근 들어 기록관 웹 사이트 구축과 관련한 전시서비스 활동에 대한 지원이 증가되고 있음에도 불구하고 온라인 전시서비스에 대한 이해부족으로 이를 전혀 활용하지 못하고 있다.
온라인 전시서비스를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 전시서비스에 대한 계획수립이 전제되어야 한다. 그러나 현재 시도교육청 기록관에서 운영중인 온라인 전시서비스는 계획적으로 운영되는 사례가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 일반론적인 기록관 운영계획의 모형을 통해 경남교육청 기록관의 온라인 전시서비스 계획을 단계별로 구체화하여 전시서비스 계획을 수립하고 전시기록을 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 활동을 개발하였다.
이어서 지역교육과 관련된 역사기록에 대한 체계를 수립하고 수집·정리·활용할 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위하여 경남교육청의 기능과 경남교육청에서 생산되고 있는 기록을 분석하였으며 이를 통해 경남교육청 기록관 특성에 맞는 온라인 전시서비스 모형을 제시하였다.
본 논문은 인적·물적 자원의 제한으로 기록관 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있는 시도교육청 기록관에서 이용서비스를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 방법론의 일환으로 온라인 전시서비스의 개선방안을 제시함으로써 기록관리 현장에 도움을 주고자 연구되었다. 그러나 온라인 전시서비스 개선방안에 대한 심층적 적용과 구체적인 실현방법은 자체 기록관의 제반 환경과 특성에 맞는 세부 연구를 통해 그 실효성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

This report is purposed to find out the operation situation of the web site which is in the archives of Gyungnam provincial office of education and derivate the problem. Then, it suggests that we should develop the plan and the activities of the on line display service which is suitable for a certain situation with the archives. What's more, the on line display service model is included to apply that efficiently
Recently, the mushroom growth of information technology fetch innovative change to overall records maintenance. Therein the change of the system and circumstance around records maintenance and record archives, web site of the archives makes the communication system much closer between produces and users concerning the public records. Especially, in the web site, on line display service laid the foundation as far transcended time and space and for the using the records of the archives, while physical display service has not worked out so far.
Originally the display service in the archives prove the usability of archives and records valueby showing the worthy collection of the archives and the such verification attracted a lot of social attention as to the records. Hereby that makes essential role to enhance the position of the archives as a cultural organization.
However, in case of archives in the provincial office of education were not vitalized not only in the off line but also on line owing to limited personal and material condition. Although the support for display service to establish the web site of the archives has been increased nowadays, people do not take full advantage of them by indigestion for the on line display service.
A prerequisite to get maximum benefit from the on line display service is faciliate planning regarding the display service. However, the on line display service currently operating in the archives at Gyungnam provincial office of education is barely activated perfectly. Thus, this studymaterializes the project of the on line display service in the archives at the provincial office of education step by step and set up the blue print for the display service then develop the activity to service the display records efficiently.
Subsequently, to arrange the alternatives which can collect, organize, apply and establish the system as to history records concerning provincial education is to analyze the function of Gyungnam provincial office of education and the records produced by that. Therethrough it present the on line display service model which is suitable for the archives at the provincial office of education.
This study suggesthow to improve the on line display service as a methodology to perform the user service efficiently that is suffered from limited personal and material condition in the archives at the provincial office of education and study to help for the records maintenance onsite. However, the depth enforce and specific method to actualize the improvement alternatives of the on line display service can enhance the effect from the detail study suitable circumstance and character of the archives by itself.
