항공사 객실승무원의 직책별 차이역량에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to define the Differentiate Competency of a Cabin Manager and Class Senior in Cabin Service Department. An Depth Interview and two rounds of Delphi Method were used to collect data through a series of surveys obtain the consensus of a group of experts for cabin attendant job. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the cabin attendant`s 24 General Competencies to perform the roles consist of 5 in the Basic Traits, 4 in the Professional Traits, 4 in the Self Concept, 4 in the Human Relation Ability, 4 in the Situation Settlement Ability, 4 in the Professional Knowledge and Skills. Second, this study found out any differentiate competencies between cabin manager`s role and class senior`s role. Third, these results are helpful to develop the curriculum in cabin service department for Human Resource Development.
