The purpose of this study is to exam effect of the service quality of family restaurant on customer satisfaction, willingness to return to and willingness to behavioral intention. Several hypotheses established for identification such a correlation. It surveyed 252 customers who were visiting family restaurants located in Daejeon. The collected statistics and data were processed using the SPSS WIN 20.0, and were given a frequency analysis, a reliability analysis, a factor analysis, and a multiple linear analysis. the analysis showed that, of the four factors defining the quality of services offered by family restaurants, service staffs` responsive, professionalism, and restaurants` cleanliness affected customers` satisfaction and willingness to return to and recommend the restaurants.
