초등학생의 스마트미디어 활용능력 요인과 교과태도 및 학업성취도와의 관계 = The Relationship of Smart Media Literacy`s Factors for Primary School Student on Subject Attitude and Achievement

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement of smart media literacy quotient(SMLQ) through identifying the factors of smart media literacy(SML) for primary school student and to determine the relationship between factors with a level of SML and learning effectiveness(subject attitude and achievement). To address this goal, 1,188 primary school students(5 grade 584, 6 grade 604) participated in this study. There is male 620(52.2%) and female 568(47.8%). Mean age of Participants is 13.49(SD=.52). Three types of survey are administered regarding SMLQ as 18 items, students`` subject attitude(language, mathematic, and science), and learning achievement. The collected data are analyzed in terms of normality, reliability, correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. As a result, three factors are identified; operating ability of smart media and application, positive belief of smart media, and learning ability with suing smart media. According to the level of SML, there are significant differences on smart media literacy, subject attitude (except mathematic attitude), and achievement. Students, high level of SML, are more higher than students who are middle and low level of SML on subject attitude, and achievement. Learning ability with using smart media in SML is a positive relationship on subject attitude and achievement. On the contrary to this, positive belief of smart media in SML is a negative relationship on subject attitude and achievement. Especially, students who are middle and low level of SML are more positive relationship on learning effectiveness by learning ability with suing smart media and operating ability of smart media and application. Based on the results, smart media literacy quotient(SMLQ), subject attitude, and achievement according to the level of SML are discussed and proposed further research in detail.
